🚩🚩🚩 Why "Red Flag Collector" is the best song from Chemistry yet
Another week closer to Kelly Clarkson's new album, another new song from our queen.

Some random thoughts from me.
Another week closer to Chemistry, another new song from Queen Kelly.
“Red Flag Collector” was released on Friday, June 9, and IMO it’s the best song we’ve heard so far from Chemistry.
It’s no secret that I LOVE summer anthem “Favorite Kind of High,” but there’s something very special about “Red Flag Collector.”
I shared my raw, first impressions on TikTok, but here’s a quick list of what makes “Red Flag Collector” one of Kelly Clarkson’s best songs yet:
The chorus. A combo of a memorable melody and angry vibe, the chorus is catchy AF. Very sing-able.
Specific and sassy lyrics. The line “you can have the towels” is petty and fun. Anyone who has experienced a bad breakup will be able to relate.
The musicianship. The way they incorporated different instruments and sound effects to add layers to the song is impressive. I discover something new every time I listen to the song. Kelly, Jason and Jaco are the only writers on this song.
The bridge. Did y’all know the male members of My Band Y’all can sing?!? 🤯 Their harmonies in the bridge is so sweet. It’s as if they are banding together (pun not intended) to protect Kelly. 🥺 They sound fantastic!
The anger. It’s no secret that Angry Kelly is my favorite genre of music. And as far as bringing the spice (and the tea), “Red Flag Collector” does not disappoint.
WHAT’S NEW, CLARKSON?

How sweet is this?!? Zachery Dereniowski (@mdmotivator on TikTok) surprised an unsuspecting Kelly fan with $1,000…. But wait! There’s more. She also go to meet and hug Kelly, and she was gifted with a Vegas trip. This woman is hashtag #Blessed.
